A stove problem is rarely quiet. A burner clicks all night, a glass top will not turn off, a knob smells like gas. Some of these are inconveniences; some are safety calls. 911 Appliance Services answers every stove call 24/7, tells you on the phone which kind you have, and sends a technician to fix gas, electric and induction cooktops and ranges. We take stove and cooktop calls from homes across Miami and the rest of Miami-Dade.
Call (786) 980-9422 or send the form on this page. Tell us the fuel type, the brand and which burners are affected.

Call and book a visit:
1. Tests every burner, not just the one you called about.
2. On gas tops, checks caps, heads, ports, igniters, the spark module and switches, and the flame.
3. On coil tops, tests each coil, receptacle and switch.
4. On smooth and induction tops, tests elements or coils, sensors, touch controls and boards.
5. On ranges, checks the oven side too, because some faults are shared.
The technician explains what failed and what the repair involves before any work starts.

Brands we service include GE, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Samsung, LG, KitchenAid, Bosch, Thermador, Wolf, Viking, Dacor, Miele and others. Our company is independent, with no ties to any range or cooktop maker.
We install genuine or OEM-approved burner and control parts, covered by our warranty of up to 6 months on parts and labor.
In humid kitchens, and after mopping or a boil-over, moisture collects around gas igniters. A burner that clicks without lighting, or keeps clicking after it lights, is often just wet. Let the burner dry for a few hours with the cap off. If the clicking continues once it is dry, the spark switch or module needs a technician.
Many towers use electric cooking, but some buildings and many houses have gas ranges and cooktops. A few rules keep everyone safe:
Induction cooktops are common in newer condo kitchens. They heat fast and stay cooler to the touch, but they depend on electronics. Common problems include:
Large gas and dual-fuel ranges have more burners, heavier valves and separate igniters for each burner. They are made to be serviced, and their parts last when they are cared for. We work on pro-style ranges from Wolf, Viking, Thermador and other brands, and we check every burner and the oven during the visit.
A smooth glass cooktop is easy to clean and hard to damage, but it is not indestructible. A heavy pot dropped on it, or cleaner spilled on a hot surface, can crack or pit the glass. Sugar spills are the hardest on glass: wipe them as soon as it is safe. Do not use the cooktop if you see a crack, even a small one. On many models the glass top can be replaced as a separate part, and the technician will tell you whether that is the sensible route for your cooktop.

Usually not; it is often moisture on the igniter. But if you smell gas, leave the home and call your gas utility first.
Yes — coils, sensors, touch controls and power boards.
The glass top has to be replaced. We tell you whether that makes sense for your model.
Yes — we repair large gas and dual-fuel ranges.
Yes. Stove or cooktop repairs carry our warranty of up to 6 months on parts and labor.
Most often it is overheating protection — the cooling fan or the air path under the cooktop is blocked. We check the fan, the sensors and the boards.
No. It usually means the cap is out of place or the gas and air mix is off. Stop using that burner and call.
